According to Energage, the Compensation & Benefits award celebrates organizations that provide packages its employees believe are fair for the work being done. The Innovation award recognizes companies that have created a culture where new ideas are encouraged, helping employees reach their full potential. The Leadership award commends leaders who inspire confidence in employees and listen to what matters most, using that insight in decision making. The Purpose & Values award commemorates businesses that have successfully communicated the company mission and integrated those aspirations in the culture.
